Shifting
The shift operation shifts the input signal by an integer increment of the independent variable.
ie. y(n)=x(n-k) where k is the independent variable.
If k is positive shifting delays the sequence, if k is negative shifting advances the sequence
x(n)={2,1,2,1} bold marked is n=0
x(n-3)={0,0,0,2,1,2,1}
x(n-2)={0,0,2,1,2,1}
x(n+2)={2,1,2,1}
